Had a very good experience with Clement Auto today. Just stopped in to look at a couple of vehicles and ended up purchasing one of them. The salesman was nice and friendly. I was not hounded to buy like other places!!!!

So I recently deleted my 5 star review due to the fact that I bought 2 cars December 27th 2023 and I then sent family in and they also bought a car in January which means I was suppose to get a referral bonus from Clement in the amount of $100 and they never sent it. When I called about I was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. When I attempted to call a few more times they stopped answering my calls. It is absolutely unprofessional of them to have lied about a referral bonus. Plus one of my cars that I bought only 3 months ago now has all types of lights that popped up on the dashboard out of no where. They were very rude when I called about having it looked at and when I called about an oil change. I will not be going back to them ever again and will most definitely be sharing my experience with anyone I can so they won’t have to go through what I did.

Brandon and his team member Yasser did a great job of reaching out to me quickly and kindly after I showed interest in cars listed online at this location. Brandon was super friendly and helped breakdown every bit of the process when I had questions, which was fantastic for my first time trade-in and financing experience! I love my new Mitsubishi :)

Had Justin as my salesperson, and he was very helpful. Clement even drove a vehicle all the way from Columbia, IL so I could see it (ended up buying it!) Brandon helped me close the deal and get financing. Very easy team to work with.

Changing my review. These people were great until I actually bought the car. However, after is a different story. I was promised a second key (my key tag even states this), but I never received it. I’ve spoken to four different people, including James the manager, and I’ve gotten the run around from all of them, including Aaron Brett, who sold me the car. In addition, James was rude and kept cutting me off. They also apparently didn’t know the right paint color. I was told silver lining, when in fact it’s atomic silver. Thank goodness I did my research before ordering touch up paint. Oh also, even though this is MO and two plates are required, I had to drop $100 out of pocket for a license plate frame mount for the front. I’ve also repeatedly heard that their service center is a complete joke and I should take my car elsewhere. I love my car, but I will never shop for another one here.
