    We recently were shopping for a new vehicle for my wife. After viewing the website of several of the dealerships in our area, we decided to go to Clement Ford. They had the best inventory and prices. Plus, we had bought 2 vehicles from them in the past. After arriving, we were assisting by Jay. He was very nice and made us very comfortable right from the start. He really seemed more concerned with figuring out what we wanted and what best fit our needs. We got a great vehicle and a good deal. Jay made the whole process very easy. We would highly recommend Jay and Clement Ford.

    Great customer service! We service our Mustang Mach-E every 10,000 miles and they do a great job with all systems check. Great place to buy an electric car! The rewards program is great and not a lot of car dealerships offer that.

    I originally left a 5 star review for this dealer. They had me leave a review the night I purchased my truck, and I was very pleased with my experience. Gabe took good care of me while he was learning the ropes, I have nothing but good things to say about him. It wasn't until the next few weeks that my opinion would turn. I've concluded my buying experience with Clement for and I believe I've been lied to and cheated. I believe every time the sales manager spoke to me I was lied to. I was given verbal estimates to guide my decisions which I now know to be very low. I purchased a hail damage vehicle being offered for a good discount. Part of our agreement is that all paint chips would be touched up. He assured me they would be sanded and feathered smooth, the surface would be prepared and painted with a clear coat to cover it up. No hail damage would be repaired, but I wouldn't have to worry about rust on my new vehicle. It took multiple trips, phone calls, and texts with the dealer to finally get this work completed, and to my dismay the repair is nothing like I was promised. You can see my attached photos, but this repair was nothing short of a rip off. There was no sanding, feathering, or removal of loose paint. You can see the dirt on the roof wasn't wiped away before painting, and the paint color clearly doesn't match. Be warned before accepting any verbal promises from the sales manager.
