Shane Mathews, was an amazing help! He made the process of getting my truck quick and easy. Shane was very helpful and never pressured me to just buy a vehicle. He was incredibly patient with me and helped to answer all my questions. He was more concerned about making sure I got the best deal and that I was fully confident with the vehicle I was purchasing! My buying process was very smooth. I browsed inventory online and when I was ready to look at a used F-150 I made an inquiry. Within a minute or two they called me to setup a time to come in, look at it, and take a test drive. Ethan Glockengieser was our sales associate and he was great. Very personable and super easy to work with. Steve Anders got us a great rate on our loan and was also a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend working with these guys and the Clement Auto Group in general.

Cole made the car buying process easy. Saved the car for me since I was driving from two hours away so it was here, washed and waiting for a test drive. An email I sent the following week. Hi Randy, I was there on Monday, and bought the 2023 Ford Mustang from Cole. I just wanted to drop a line and tell you how much I appreciated everyone’s help. Cole, and Sean bent over backward to make sure I drove home the car I wanted. My friend and I are so very impressed with not only the transparency and professionalism we experienced, but the trust that was given when payment difficulties arose. My friend and I will be talking about Clement Ford when someone asks for an auto sales recommendation. Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Carl! As soon as we pulled up he greeted us with a smile, a welcome sign on a cloudy, rainy day! As it happened, we already had an appointment set up with him so it was just meant to be! Everything was made very simple: we told him what we wanted and he didn’t try to upsell or do that “thing” sales people do. I was very specific in what I wanted and he made it happen! We really had no idea the car buying experience could be so…fun!!! We had a lovely time with the team! Thank you for a pleasant and easy experience!!
