Purchasing a vehicle right now can be a daunting task. While my salesman Brandon wanted the sale, he was willing to listen and I never felt uncomfortable during the process. He explained the answers to all of my questions and I felt like there was mutual respect. He was willing to negotiate and understood I wasn't available for phone calls during my work day. He reached out by text and emails instead. In the end I feel got a good deal, especially for the times we are in. They didn't have market adjustments over MSRP. Overall, it was as stress-free as the car-buying process could be. I was impressed overall with the experience. Give Brandon a try at Clement, he was a real person and made the process as seamless as possible. They also gave me a fair trade-in value for my truck. While I could have gotten a bit more selling it privately, they were close enough to that value that I didn't feel swindled. I will recommend Brandon and Clement Ford to others looking to purchase a new vehicle.
Great overall experience. Darnell Terrell was my sales consultant and he kept me informed weekly on delivery status. When the vehicle arrived Darnell drove over 40 minutes to pick me up and got me through the paperwork quickly. Highly recommended!
If you are willing to drive out there for the most part it’s worth it. I didn’t like that before I ever test drove the vehicle I bought they wanted/had me talk about money and things that should come after the test drive. Also I asked about the bed cover leaking was told it didn’t, then after getting it home, it raining and finding water in the bed was annoying. To be fair though it is a tri fold bed cover and I don’t think all are 100% water proof. They did lie to me though (I knew they were) about their 499$ document fee. They tell you it’s required by the state and it cannot be removed or reduced. But when you go to sign paperwork it says in bold letters it’s NOT required by law and that the dealership may profit from that amount. They are a little tough but willing to deal a bit. It’s a very nice store with very nice vehicles and even nicer people. The people I interacted with were nice and polite. If you are looking at a car that’s located here don’t hesitate to go have a look.
Great people, love the "smaller" feel of this shop and sales service Dealer. The folks here give all they can in trying times. While still transitioning over with the new owner (once Marshal Ford), I have had good success in my vehicles serviced here.
