    I really enjoyed every minute being at this dealership! Chang aka Chris made sure he listened to our wants and needs and got us into a great vehicle! We came in looking at a complete different vehicle, and he showed and gave us better! He was very goofy and laid back when dealing with us, so it made the experience even better! I’d recommend anyone to go to this dealership in OFallon, because they are the best! If you walk in with realistic needs and wants, he’ll take good care of you! Very pleased with our purchase! 👏🏼☺️

    I had my first visit to Marshall Ford and was very happy with the staff. All were helpful and professional. I went there for an oil change which was done within 30 minutes or less. They were also helpful with helping me to get a part that was needed for my car. I would highly recommend their services, I feel confident that that you would be more than happy doing business with them.

    Such a wonderful experience with Clement Ford. Going car shopping with smaller children is hard enough to do but the staff here made it such a pleasant experience. They were super awesome at meeting our wants and needs in purchasing our new vehicle. Mr. Chang Park helped so much at making the car buying experience so much nicer. Thank you.

    Always great service: fast efficient and great price for service. Everyone at the dealer is great. Always know I'm getting the best deal and the service department knows my car. Most highly recommended place for service

    Clement Ford took over from Marshall Ford and the results so far have been poor. Had a problem with my car and it took three weeks to schedule the original appointment. Then, the dealership kept the car for three days and informed me that another part was needed and had to be ordered. Three weeks later, the part arrives and I receive a message asking me to call to schedule the repair. Called in and had to speak with someone that had no idea what was going on... took my name and number. I was then called back by the same person I had just spoken to and was informed that it would be three more weeks before I could get the part installed! That's close to nine weeks in total. Hint: Don't put customers that have already been waiting at the end of the line. I have purchased more than one car from Marshall Ford and will NOT be going back under Clement. For the first week following the new ownership, the phones wouldn't work and my incoming calls to the dealership couldn't be recognized by their "system" so I had to relay texts through an off-duty employee's personal cell phone. One of the worst transitions in ownership I've ever seen in business.
