Bought a truck in less than 2 hours. Was shopping for a truck due to an accident and had never been to Clement Ford before. The building is super clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and approachable upon entry. I was approached by Carl from sales and told him about the truck I was interested in, he had it brought up and showed me around the vehicle before I took it for a test drive. It was a quick sale. Carl and Steve made getting all the paperwork done a piece of cake. The purchase was an all around great experience. Definitely Recommend!!!

I recently found myself in the market for a new vehicle, but before I could trade in or sell my old one, it needed some repairs. I reached out to Shane in the collision repair department to assess my 2013 Ford Explorer and see what needed to be fixed. Shane and his team went above and beyond to help me with several issues that had arisen after an accident a few years ago. Despite a previous repair job from another company, which had left me with warning signs, Shane’s team quickly took care of everything. They made the process incredibly easy, fixed the issues fast, and even followed up to ensure everything was still running smoothly.
What truly set Shane and his team apart was their dedication to my satisfaction. When I found a new vehicle I was interested in, Shane insisted I bring it to him so he could inspect it. He thoroughly examined the body of the car, took it for a test drive around the lot, checked for any leaks, and made sure everything was in perfect working order before I committed to it.
Thanks to Shane and the collision team, I’m now the proud owner of my dream vehicle—flawless, mechanically sound, and exactly what I hoped for. I can't thank them enough for their exceptional service!

Before arriving at Clement Ford, my wife and I went to another dealership in Sullivan Mo to get a 2023 Bronco Wildtrak since it had low mileage and a great price. After we were there for 2 plus hours and ready to sign the paperwork, they claimed someone had made a deposit 30 minutes before we arrived and they couldn't sell us the car.
They tried the bait and switch routine but we weren't falling for it and left very disappointed and because we drove an hour to get there. As we were on our way home my wife found a better equipped model and brand new at CLEMENT FORD.
We walk into the showroom and were immediately greeted by JAY ATIQ. He made us feel like we were walking into his home. We explained our situation and he immediately apologized for the other Ford dealership. We immediately test drove the car and fell in love!!
As Jay attended to another customer, he professionally asked CARL GETTIS to take over to get the process rolling for us. He made us feel comfortable right away and was genuinely wanting to help us get what we wanted and a reasonable price since it was a new car. Carl was great!!! He was very courteous and respectful. He kept the process moving because he knew we already had a long day.
After signing the paperwork, he took the time to pair my phone with the car and go over the little things, answering all of our many questions and just made us feel very comfortable like we've known him for years!
These two guys turned a disappointing day into a wonderful experience which we are truly grateful!!!!
We live over 30 miles from Clement Ford and live very close to other Ford dealers but we will happily go back to Clement for our next car purchase in the future!!!

We spent weeks looking for a F250 and couldn’t find the one we wanted. Finally, after tons of research, we were able to get into contact with Clement Ford and walk out with our new ride - all in a few hours! Dillion was a wonderful salesman, and his team did a spectacular job at getting us where we wanted on price. We are so thankful Clement had good prices and great vehicles!

Let me revise my review because this is ridiculous. Not in this economy. Nope. Sale below. Mind you, some a-hole hit my fender and it is now in the shop. No worries there tho. Today. 25 Feb 25, that trade in still isn’t paid. Email sent at the 14 day payoff mark. Phone call this morning. In between stress with my bank. Don’t tell me not to worry about the last payment if there is nothing to worry about. 3 stars for the car and the salesman. That’s it at this point. Do better. Sheesh I have Ford stock.

I absolutely love my car and I love Clement Ford. Special shout out to my guy, Tyron Singleton! Car knowledge and customer service exceeded any of my expectation. My goal when I bought my new car was to just go test drive while I was considering upgrading. Tyron sold me on it. All the references need to go to Tyron.
