I called to get shot records and they got stuck up acting like they can't tell anyone but the owner, which is just a flat lie and a huge safety issue in a lot of circumstances. But they wanted to play phone tag and add 3 more calls to their day. Can only think she was bored and had nothing better to do than play on the phone and try to make others play with her. Unprofessional.

The entire staff at VCA All Creatures is very friendly, personable, courteous and truly care about my pets throughout the years. VCA All Creatures has been taking care of my pets for over 22 years. Dr. Baggett is our primary Vet and she is nothing short of amazing! She is very much a part of my family.

We have been taking my dog to dr Miller for many many years, recently adding my bunny the mix. Needless to say excellent staff, location, and service in general. I don’t plan on taking my animals to any other vet any time soon. HIGHLY SATISFIED!! I was wondering if you guys also take care of frogs because I want to be prepared in case of emergencies.

Dr. Horvath is absolutely amazing. My dog has been seeing her since I got her and she melts everytime she sees her. She's also very good with my other standoffish dog. I take all of my animals here, including my rabbit. Always a good experience.

When book the appointment for my cat, clearly mentioned to their receptionist, my cat only need ONE year FVRCP shot. Arrived to VCA, Horvath brought my cat back after the shot and told me already gave her THREE years, oh my God, can anybody imagine between one year and three years price? What if I don't have enough money to pay, what if they screw up internally? I don't know!!!! My cats been with VCA for over ten years, their service is going downward. Sad!
