Great as long as long as your pet doesn't get sick or needs to see the vet that day. Twice I needed to get my dog to the vet once because he was in pain walking and the other was for a horrible gagging cough. Both times they said it would take 2 days to get an appointment. I had to take him to the emergency clinic. I never had this problem before Cloud joined VCA. I will be switching vets.
My 9 year old daughters gerbil was sick. She was up all night crying and worried. I called around to several places and no one could fit her gerbil in. I called VCA and she said the vet was full but would see if she would be willing to fit her in as a walking in. She called me back with in five minutes and said they would she her as a walk in. Do to COVID they only allow one person to go in. I explained I would have my kids with me because my husband would be working. She said no problem we will bring her in and the doctor will call you after she looks at the gerbil. The vet called and said she would like me to come in so she could show me how to give the medicine. I told her I had my two kids with me. She said bring them in and someone would meet me at the door and bring me back. When it was time to leave I was holding my youngest and I did not feel comfortable letting my 9 year carry the cage. The vet assist said she wouldn't mind bringing the cage to the car for me. I was so impressed at how accomadating they were. I can't express enough how appreciative I am. I would definitely recommend this vet and will be returning.
Never have I dealt with such unprofessionalism. Always comes down to the bottom line. We've been taking our animals to Cloud and now to VCA for years. I recommended them, only for them to completely belittle and degrade an elderly woman who came to them for help. After suffering a stroke, my mother spoke to someone at great length in their office about them seeing her animals. However, when we had ro reschedule the appointment, they became abrasive, quoted policy from a script, and continued to insinuate my mother lied about an entire conversion she had with their office, even though I heard the entire thing just last week. I asked to speak to managment to straighten out the situation and was met with hostility and anger. Their refusal to let anyone speak to management should be a sign they are doing something wrong. They not only hung up during the middle of our phone conversation once, but twice, when the request to leave a message for managment was made. Completely rude and unprofessional. Guess we're looking for a new vet.
I've been taking both of my dogs to this vet for a little over 6 years now. I never have to worry about getting care when needed and my boys are always treated with love. My family also uses them for their animals as well.
