Great gym! Excellent staff! Plenty of room for the trainers to work with their clients. Variety of equipment. Equipment is well maintained. It's the cleanest facility I've ever been in. Temperature in the facility has always been comfortable. The owners are the Best! Nick and Nicole are friendly and welcoming. They obviously have taken their passion and made it a fantastic business!
Angie is such a great trainer! She is the best I have ever been to! She is very knowledgeable and makes sure my husband and I are doing the excercises correctly, so we do not hurt ourselves. She always has a variety for excercises so it doesn’t get boring. Highly recommend!
The trainers at Dudas are top notch! Nick and Nicole are very professional and run a clean, personalized studio. I take a variety of yoga classes at Dudas and have had a great experience with all the instructors. My family and I have also worked with several of the personal trainers. If you're looking for a professional fitness environment with high-quality trainers and instructors, I highly recommend Dudas Fitness.
Sarah is an incredible Pilates instructor!! I am visiting from out of state and she was able to fit me in for classes on very short notice while visiting. She is superior to the Pilates instructors at Club Pilates in Baltimore, Md. Thank you Sarah ❤️
I LOVE Dudas fitness! I have been training with Sarah for almost 2 years now, and she is perhaps one of my favorite people on earth! She is challenging yet compassionate. Even if I do not look forward to a workout, I look forward to seeing her. I love Nicole & Nick who are always smiling and fun to see. All of the other trainers acknowledge me when I am in as well. Nicole's yoga classes are some of my favorites ever! I can't say one bad thing about this place other than if you join, you will be hooked on the people!!!! :)
