Very pleased with my storage at Extra Space St Peters! Property is clean and secure. Well lit after dark. I shopped around and found this location at a great rate. The ability to reserve the space online is super convenient and easy. I chose a high bay door unit that allows for taller storage. I’m not aware of any other storage property that has 112” of door opening height available. Manager Ed is super helpful and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Aaron the on-site manager was awesome! I mentioned that I had worked at a storage facility for a summer as a teenager and my folks had managed a facility but had never rented a storage unit myself. He was very nice and helpful and I appreciate his patience with me as he guided me through the process. He also answered the phone in a professional and polite manner every time which everyone in the process of moving needs. (-; Thanks!

Stephanie was extremely helpful getting everything set up! She even took us to the unit and showed us how to use the lock. The unit was super clean and the entire place looks really nice! I feel good about storing my stuff here.

Ed has been so great the whole time I have been here. He has made my experience wonderful. Quick to respond, he has been willing to come up to the office on his day off to help me and has negotiated on my behalf. The amount of help he has given me is appreciated more than he will know. Especially this time of year. Thank you so much Ed!

If you read the reviews they pretty much all praise Ed. I’m suspicious when I see that. However in this case it’s accurate. Ed is the definition of customer service that I thought was ancient history. Thank you Ed. The units are nice and clean. Over the years we have used multiple storage locations, this location is one of the best.
