I want to thank Diane for all her help in getting us set up with our storage unit. She gave us the best customer service. We had a rough morning with another storage facility, but Diane made our day by taking excellent care of us. Thank you so much Diane! Thank you for answering the phone before the start of your shift, you saved us! Also, this facility is very clean and safe. Thanks again for the great customer service!

This is my first time renting a storage unit, and I have received great service. Gail is the best! She worked with me to find the right Public Storage location and size for my storage needs. Thank you for the positive experience! I will be using the Mid Rivers location again for future storage!

I was waiting for things to get better at this Public Storage facility before leaving a review. Unfortunately, they have gotten only worse! Upon arrival to the facility today the sliding security door was completely open and the doors would not close. When I walked in, all moving carts were gone (mind you, nobody else was there at the time) Both bathroom doors were locked and unaccessible. (In fact, I haven't been able to access the men's bathroom for over two months.) Above the bathrooms was a security camera that was completely dislodged from the ceiling and hanging by a wire. For the amount I am paying each month this is completely unacceptable. I cannot wait until I'm able to move my stuff from this facility.
