Been here for 10 plus years & have dealt w/ 3-5 different owners in that time... By far the WORST owners yet. 1st I get charged for insurance, which I paid & was SUPPOSED to be reimbursed for... Then I used to pay all my bills on the 15th of the month, not w/ this company. Now I get charged a BIG late fee for being a day late!!! Would NOT recommend this place anymore & will be looking to find another storage facility. Just sad, as it's a nice place, just poorly ran by the newest owner!

Well, what it shows on the internet is that they have good deals on it, but when you get there the true is that, the prices might change at the next month and they can’t do anything about it. Also the insurance fee, that they force you to get. Some entrance doors are broken, so I don’t recommend you to storage something valuable, besides that, it should be good for anything else…. So far. The customer service, I can’t say much about it, because I just rented it, and they asked me to do this review, so early and I don’t blame them, it’s part of the job. So I’ll see how it goes and I hope it gets better.

I have been using this life storage for almost 3 years now. The owner Chris is very helpful and really nice. I don't know if a new owners took over but I am beyond frustrated. My unit was $180 a month, and I saw a bill this past month for $265 dollars. They stated they sent an email with a price increase. I'm on my email daily, no email was sent. I understand prices increase but almost $100 increase with no notice. I live 13 hours away from my unit. They refused to forward me the email stating the increase in price because they never informed me to begin with so there was nothing to forward. After over drafting my account and refusing to take off the late fee and charging me way over our contracted price, I will never go back to this company.

Life Storage & Manager Chris is an absolute pleasure to work with. I have been renting a space for over a year. Chris made it simple to work with while out of the country for business. Also, keep me ahead and let me know the arrangements ahead. Overall, Life Storage & Manager Chris made it easier for me to maintain my storage unit & are excellent at communication. I recommend anyone looking for a space to rent to utilize Life Storage, because they are there to help you.

Life Storage is easy to deal with, there is always a person in the office (business hours). Units are in great shape. Doors are easy to open and close.
