I have had a storage unit here on old 94 for over 17 years. I have seen managers come and go here for all that time. I run my business out of the storage. I’m very happy with the service I receive when I have an issue with my door or something. Tiara has been here for quite a while and does a magnificent job. She’s always smiling. And Always there with a greeting every day. Keep up the good work, Tiara! PS. Please keep the bathroom door unlocked!!

Having horrible experience here. So many things have gone wrong and I've spoken to 7 different people (past 2 days) over the phone and 2 of them have been able to aid me in some way. I think all my experience I'm facing is because they're very short staffed. (Hence why everyone I've spoken to so far has been over the phone, can't find anyone at my site to speak to). Summary of my horrible experience so far: - No one was able to give me a permit gate access code until the day after I moved in - After driving 6 hours I pull up to my unit to see it's already been taken - After finally getting someone on the phone, they told me to go to a different unit (which was also full), this happened 3 times until we found an empty one - Inorder to transfer to this new unit I needed to sign a form agreeing so. But they wanted me to pay an additional $40, when I already paid $100 for this unit when I booked it. They explained over the phone it was a transfer fee. After I said I'm not paying more money because they messed up (four times), she said I had to speak with the onsite manager. There was no one on site and no manager to answer the phone, so she booked an appointment for me to meet them the next day. I get a call that morning from a helpful person saying don't show up to the appointment because no one will be there - also paid around $20 for a lock I didn't get. They wanted me to pay an additional $20 (on top of the $40 transfer fee) because I said I wanted a lock. I explained I already paid for this lock once, I'm not paying double for something I still don't have. She explained that I will be charged double for the lock temporarily, until I return the lock I currently have. (I still don't have any lock). And again she recommended I speak to the non existent manager. The guy that called me in the morning to warn me not to show for the appointment, was also able to refund me for the lock AND he was the only person (after 6 people) who finally gave me a permit gate access code. - My 10ft X 10ft storage space is really 10ft X 9ft I specifically bought it to fit multiple 10ft kayaks in, which I was barely able to do. Imagine my frustration after everything else I experience up to that point just for me to still not be able to get what I paid for The Staff for the most part is nice, but hugely unorganized and unhelpful (non existent) at this specific location. **Update: It is 4/19/2024 and I am still having same issues I've been having for two months now. Many of them have gotten worse. I'm literally moving storage units because it's easier than dealing with Public Storage **

My was an excellent one. The store manager Sam displayed great customer services, he was diligent to answer my questions and was very patient & well mannered! He took care of my concerns and needs. I would recommend this location with ease

I came in and had to do a change to my unit and Tiarra was amazing! She had a wonderful attitude and was extremely helpful. Such an excellent customer service experience! Thanks Tiarra!

Tiarra is the best PM I've come across. I've seen her cleaning up a huge mess that another customer left and that really impressed me. She's a great employee and you need to keep her around.
