The mid rivers mall location is amazing. The staff make you feel like family. I love all of them. They are kind, funny and very organized. The store is clean and I would highly recommend them to everyone. The doctor is very thorough as well. The GM is such a hoot!

My frames broke. I was worried they'd be difficult to get replaced and also costly. I was reassured by the super friendly and knowledgeable lady who helped me that not only would it be easy to replace but since I had the protection plan it would be no cost.

The optimatrist was very professional and gave me information on a problem I had with my eyes. The lady that help me with doing some of the test and help in me get the type of glasses. I need it was very, very helpful. Nice didn't push anything on me very enjoyable.

I am glad we have Visionworks near my place. Great experience for scheduling appointment, updates, checkup, Discounts, insurance coverage and selection of right frames and lenses. Amazing staff and great place to take of vision needs
