I have been going to this location for years and it’s always been just fine. Got me in and out quickly and usually the people seemed knowledgeable. Recently I’ve had a few issues that will make me turn to a different company. I don’t get the feeling that they truly care or are passionate about getting things right and helping people see correctly. First, they used to clean your glasses or adjust for free but that ended. I even asked to have a new cleaning cloth and they said they don’t give those out anymore. Seems silly to complain about that but it goes back to truly caring about helping people see correctly. Secondly, the latest issue, I mentioned in my last visit that I’m having to squint a little bit more at night when driving and after the visit the doctor said my vision in my right eye changed by .5 for the better? When checking out I was charged $70 for my prescription changing (I couldn’t even tell the difference between the two prescriptions at the time), the $70 charge is not covered by insurance and I felt that it should have been told to me upfront. I then got my new prescription contacts delivered and opened the box to put new ones in and after a few weeks of headaches and my vision being worse off I called back to see if I could exchange the ones I had for my old prescription, they weren’t going to because I already opened the box. After speaking to the manager they finally said they’d order a new box for me and they would take a week to get there and they’d call me when they arrived, two weeks later and still no phone call. Again, they don’t truly care if you can see correctly they just will nickel and dime you to get your money. Take your business elsewhere.

Friendly staff. Went towards last week of February. There was ice salt on the rug at the entrance to the store as well as the rug at the front desk. Oh, and there was salt all over the floor. I was a bit embarrassed for them. It hadn't snowed for quite some time so obviously someone hasn't been paying attention to the cleanliness or lack thereof.

Awful experience! The girl at the desk when you enter to the left is horrible personally rude and made me feel so very in welcomed! The gal who measured my possible new frames just as awful!! What in the world is wrong with this office?? The doctor was very uninterested seemed to be very bothered by my appointment DO NOT feel as if I receive good care!!!
