Our water heater stopped working on a Saturday. Our experience with Precision Plumbing was incredible starting with Lisa, who answered the phone. She polite and helpful and kept us informed on where we were on the schedule. Techs Josh and Ronnie were fantastic! We were so pleased with the service and price all around. We certainly did not feel like they took advantage of us by calling on a weekend. Highly recommend!

Great work! Showed up early and completed the job fast. Removed and replaced an old hose faucet that had been leaking with this new one. No more leaks. Thanks, Pete.

I knew people could be heartless and selfish, but not to this degree. Just another predator looking for the most vulnerable prey to rip off. A family with two kids has no water when it's below 0 outside. Their technician walked into our house and kept saying, 'It's getting to be real expensive.' $600 to cut a hole in the drywall and another $300 to fix 2 split open pipes. He knew it would take him no more than 20 minutes, so he made sure he racked up his bill. I'm sure you slept well last night, while I was up thinking about how I'm going to feed my kids for the next 2 weeks. You look at the picture and be the judge. $934 bill Think about what average earning family with a mortgage and little "Emergency" savings would say yes to your "Emergency" Price gouging? A desperate one who needs cold and hot water running for their kids when it's below 0 outside. Companies like yours capitalize on that. Lucky for me I went to college and know how to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Office, now that I know you will not take any steps to remedy this

Precision plumbing did an excellent job. They were vey careful to put on booties over their shoes so they didn’t damage flooring. Talked about what needed to be done and the best way to do it. Gave several opinions. When the first option did not work they returned the next day and did not cost anything other than the cost of installing the toilet. John ran to warehouse to get it and then installed perfectly. All trash and the old toilet was taken with him.

Rob was great! He fixed our master shower and also helped us out diagnosing our washing machine. All it was was a leaking drain hose. He could have had us call an appliance service repair but didnt hesitate to look at it. Great service.
