Sad to write this since I have use this company for 3 years, but the past few months, cleaning has not been what it use to be. Feel like they don’t listen to customers concerns or issues. Messages are not getting delivered properly to fix problems. Allowed someone back into my house that I asked not to be, and they did a worst job the second time. Waited 3 hours for someone to come fix what the other person didn’t do, finally call and canceled. Manager seemed so upset that I was leaving, that I am not sure she truly understood why I was upset and was walking away after 3 years.

I've been using CottageCare for 2 months now and have always been happy with their cleanings, but today, Madison made me the happiest customer ever! She was thorough with every detail and even got to hang out with our new puppy, who loved her and kept following her around. I tend to be a bit OCD with my house cleanings and she hit the nail on the head with everything! I can't say enough great things about Madison!
