I tried their new detailed project special cleaning service and Jen did a great job detailing my blinds and window areas and hard to reach “high dusting” areas. This is a nice service to have access to for those areas that don’t get detailed in a regular cleaning! Jen walked through the project with me and went to work while I worked in my office in another area of the home. She was self directed and did a great job!

[edit| I had an issue since the initial review with thoroughness. It took 3 complaints to get it fixed, but it's been better now. I'll update again if there are more problems.] Letting strangers into the private spaces in your home takes a level of trust, in addition to an expectation of quality work and careful handling of your possessions. Since switching to TCA, we've been happy with all of these. It's so nice to come home to a clean and straightened space.

It feels good to wake up to a clean house. The two women were both pleasant and accommodating. We had recently hosted a big dog and the fur and dusty paw prints he left behind are gone! Thank you.
