Ebony and her team were extraordinary! They gave attention to all the important details. They were always punctual and respectful. We had a ceiling leak in our living room that was repaired, and the living room was completely painted. We are extremely happy with the end result!
We used Serve Pro to repair some damages done to our home from a car sliding off the icy road and crashing into the side of our garage. They repaired and painted the wall, replaced the siding (with a perfect match), and replaced and painted our small garage door. Ebony was the project manager and it was wonderful to work with her! She is efficient, organized, and great at communication! She listened to our needs and did a great job coordinating the repairs.
I so appreciate all that Jason did for and with me. I was so overwhelmed with what I was confronted with, but Jason guided me through with all the steps with the paperwork. He even had pictures available that I didn't have. The other crew personnel, Enrique, Lillian & Aaron went above and beyond with pulling out all damaged areas and clean up. They all show great integrity and respect. I thank my Jesus for providing this great crew. And I thank you all Jason, Enrique, Lillian and Aaron for all the help you've provided.
Jason was amazing to work with. He made a very stressful situation much easier to navigate, from start to finish. Lina and Anderson were professional and expedient. They were able to assess and remove the damage thoroughly. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO and these three specifically for any of your mitigation needs.
In January we had a pipe break under the kitchen sink and water flowed from the kitchen into the family room and hallway. This happened at midnight, we were able to get all the water up but it soaked the rugs and ruined the hardwood floors. I called ServPro the next morning and they were here within 2 hours. They got everything dried up and pulled up some of the ruined hardwood flooring. They left fans and dehumidifiers to help the drying process and checked on it regularly. Patrick, the project manager for the clean up part, explained everything and answered all of our questions. For the reconstruction, Jason B was the project manager and he also was great at answering our questions and keeping us informed of what the schedule would be. He worked with our insurance company and made sure everything was covered. All the furniture had to be moved out, baseboards taken up, new flooring in and then the baseboards were put back in, then the furniture moved back in. The flooring company was very efficient and did a great install. Everyone at ServPro that we had contact with treated us great! I would definitely recommend ServPro to anyone needing their services!
