I have been a client of Mila’s for a number of years now and I will continue to rely on the expertise of her and of her staff to prepare my income tax returns. She makes the process so easy which definitely relieves the pressure at tax time. I get emails throughout the year with valuable information which I definitely appreciate. I know that I can call with any questions I may have and I will receive the help I need.

Very rude and unprofessional: My husband and I were seeking assistance with our tax paperwork for the first time, so we scheduled an initial consultation with a tax professional. Our primary goals for the call were to understand the services offered and to inquire about pricing. During the consultation, I mentioned that I operate a sole proprietorship and recently purchased a house. Instead of offering guidance, the tax professional instructed us to fill out an excel sheet that she would send later. When we inquired about her pricing, she became extremely angry and rude, stating she had no interest in clients who seek alternatives and insisting on her own excellence. She suggested we look elsewhere if we preferred someone less "wonderful" and abruptly ended the call. This interaction left us feeling confused and disheartened. If we're paying for a service, shouldn't we have the right to understand how it will benefit us? While we can't speak to her level of excellence, we certainly don't wish to work with someone who lacks cooperation and professionalism
