Front staff was friendly and helpful in recommending the type of tires I would need. They were able to get me in same day for 4 tires and all done within 2 hours. I've already told my aunt to check out the Firestone near her for her next tire purchase!

Darryl is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Staff is always friendly. I was able to get my vehicle in and repaired within a reasonable amount of time. Never have any issues with pick up or drop off.

Dardenne Prarie Firestone was able to get me in for my safety and emissions and complete it in a very timely matter. They were also very accommodating to my situation of being snowed in and were proactive by calling to me to ask if I would like to wait till the next day to pick up my car for my own safety and all of their employee’s safety. The drop off and pick up process was very streamlined and I felt very welcomed by every employee that I came in contact with. In the past, I have chosen other car service companies but will now make it my priority to be serviced with Firestone!

I brought my truck up, because it was shaking. They said I needed tire rod wheel alignment and brakes. Came and picked my truck up it was still shaking, after $1800. Brought my truck back he said I needed tire rod I told him. they already replaced it, so he goes out to talk to the mechanic, now it’s the bushings. He said he could fix it for $400 . I asked him you couldn’t tell it still was shaking. I told him no I will take it to Dobbs. I will never come back . $1800 gone and still have the same problem 😢

Wow where to begin. Bought a set of tires off of Tire Rack and selected this fine establishment to do my tires. Got my car back and they attempted to steal my valve stem caps. I had chrome ones and they put black plastic ones on. Then I get home and they over tightened the lug nuts. Next day check the air pressure, some were as high as 8lbs of pressure over and some were under
