When I picked my car up last night after a tire repair, I noticed it was not driving right. Today as I was starting on a long trip, I noticed the car started pulling really hard to the right and the picture shows the tire pressure. This is now Plaza Tire release the car. The manager on today was extremely dismissive, offering an 11am appointment so they can "look at it" and stating the difference in PSI will not cause the issue I am describing. Other tire repair shops I called this morning, including GMC, do not agree the difference in 10 PSI will not causing the pulling and advised I will damage the car if I drive it a long distance in the shape Plaza Tire left it. We've used Plaza Tire in the past, but the service this time and dismissiveness and lack of urgency including not willing to get me in ASAP will cause us to never be back.
These guys are awesome. I called to check for a flat tire repair, and they were able to accommodate me quickly and get me on the road in less than 30 min. Great service, and they truly deserve 5 stars.
I went in on Tuesday with the spare tire on my car. The gentleman looked at it and said I needed a new tire (which AAA told me when they put the spare on) I originally purchased the tires there so figured they would have the same match. They didn’t have time that day and it would be Friday before I could get there with my work hours. I went in on Friday after work and they put the new tire on and figured the discount I got from the original purchase and I was good to go. In and out in 45 minutes. I was happy.
Waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and I had an appointment that was scheduled one week on advance. The Manager was at the desk and he was the one helping me. He was horrible! He was so extremely frustrated everytime the phone would ring, he would shout "God dammit!" then answer the phone. I was sitting right there. A customer. Wow! I sent an email to the store directly requesting a call to discuss this incident and I was never contacted.
I had a flat tire today and called around to many different places. Plaza tire not only had the best selection they also had the best pricing. The service manager Tim was very knowledgeable and also was it very kind to my situation. No high-pressure sales. When I only needed one tire, I did not get a lecture about replacing them in pairs or buying a full set. I will definitely go back for all my tires and service. I trust that they would not try to fake to make money.
