Every single time I go here my coffee taste different. Yet every single time I go here I get the same freaking thing. 1 iced coffee. And idk what it is with there coffee, whether it’s being left out overnight or something. But my coffee taste spoiled almost every time. I try to fix it. I can’t get to them. I try to contact support. They try to send me a 5$ gift card. I use the gift card, THEY STILL MAKE IT WRONG.

Love this Dunkin'! My iced latte is consistently perfect and tastes the same everytime- unlike some other locations. I will travel out my way to go to this one. The staff is awesome! So friendly and they always make my day brighter.

Fantastic customer service. Place is very clean and donuts fresh. For a long time I do not see a place so well cared like this. Owner is a sweetheart. Very caring about costumers and makes sure you leave the store happy. Chats with you and makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I would give actually 6 stars if I could.

I stopped in with a coworker to pick up doughnuts and coffee for a meeting and training with customers. Upon walking in, we noticed a long line in the drive-thru, but there was no one else inside. We were not in any hurry, so I did not feel as if I was acting in any other way than friendly. I was greeted by a young girl who immediately acted irritated, and her rude attitude almost caused me to walk out. However, I had an appointment and needed these items for my customers. I did not think that it would be that difficult to provide me with two carafes of coffee and 36 doughnuts. The entire transaction this girl made it clear she was unhappy to be there and unhappy that I was asking for "so much." The other ladies working there were very polite and seemed happy and pleased to help. Coffee and doughnuts were great and a hit with my customers. Disappointed with the lousy attitude by one.

I've never had a bad experience even when my order was missing food they were polite and didn't question me, when I had questions about drinks they were patient and when I needed a moment they were kind. I sincerely really appreciate this store and like coming here a lot. (And I come here- A LOT)
