Great shopping experience. Saw a nice blue printed dress a few times walking by on my way to the SCAT bus stop. I haven't dressed shopped in a while, but seeing that dress really got me so when I finally got some $$ together I went in and tried it on and the lady at the shop really liked it on me. I asked for a second opinion and she said it was a nice seasonal dress I can wear anytime of year. Even in winter I could throw some leggings and stuff under it and go without them for spring weather. That was all the motivation I needed so I went area and got it. I actually tried on a large because I normally like getting things a size larger than what I usually wear because A. I genuinely just like wearing oversized stuff. B. I have been losing weight lately with my job and such(a LOT of leg work), and honestly with the new decade coming I figured I will make some positive changes to my body so I can fit into smaller clothes. And I normally don't wear dresses often as I used to, but again with new decade, new changes. And this was the best start to it. Cute little intimate shop with a good little selection. Found what I wanted and had a fun experience with it.

Wish there was a way to rate lower than one star. I could feel that my experience was not going to be something to look forward to as soon as I walked in. I came in a group of 3 adults so it’s hard to miss all of us walking in. On top of that we were the only people in the store( and now I know why no one else was in there) Yet we were not acknowledged, in fact I felt like we were avoided. The higher up employee was busy barking at an employee of lower rank about not wording things correctly to customers. Before a greeting of any kind (not that we ever felt welcome) my daughter who has underdeveloped lungs and medical conditions that have physically confined her in the past year choked on some cotton candy that was OBVIOUSLY in her hand at the time.I understand coughing is concerning to people who seriously fear what ONCE WAS a pandemic, but this experience was ridiculous and I will not be caught dead in that store again. Whoever was running the store proceeded to interrogate me about my daughters age telling me there’s no way she could be vaccinated that young so she needs to wear a mask. She did not choose to address this matter until my daughter got choked and she felt obligated to let me know that getting choked on cotton candy was so alarming to her that a toddler needed to be wearing yet another breathing/choking hazard. It sounds like the manager that confronted my 2 year old needs a lesson on speaking to people just as much as her lower employee did that day. It’s obvious that we were only worth talking to that day because she had an issue with a family/medical matter that she did not know any details about and wanted to voice her requirements about how I should control my daughter.

The merchandise was cute, eclectic and widely varied. However, my experience was an uncomfortable one, which has made me decide to never go back. Long story short, the woman running the store for the day, asked me if I had stolen some of the merchandise because she recounted the items on the shelf and was supposedly missing an item. I promotely and even without pause, placed my bag on the counter and pulled it open, showing only my keys, phone and earbuds were inside. She then took it a step further which made me think twice about coming in again. "Are you sure your not wearing it?" She asked. "Excuse me" I thought. I told her no but hesitantly did the only thing I could think to calm her mind. I pulled the collar of shirt down, showing the sports bra I had on, under. The item in question was a high neck brallete. Once showing her my sports bra, she still looked puzzled and continued saying "I just don't understand. I'm sure something's missing." I left the store shaking my head and couldn't bring myself to even look back. This wasn't a heated exchange but it made me feel very uncomfortable. I showed her the inside of my bag and still she thought I was lying. I had a appointment to run to after leaving this store. I wanted to come back and try on another size of that particular item I was trying on but after that, I'm sorry but I would rather not.

What a great boutique this is! From the moment I walked in Beth, the store owner was so great with helping me find just what I was looking for and the only difficult thing was trying to decide between so many adorable clothes and purses and jewelry and accessories! This is definitely my new favorite store!
