ordered a red velvet blizzard, sat in front of the window for 10 minutes just to get vanilla ice cream with a tiny bit of cake sprinkled on top.

Will never come here again. Used to be great, last couple years has gone way downhill. I ordered 2 choco brownie extremes blizzards today. Someone put gummy worms in one! Extremely sickening!!! I'll never go there again. Not the first time we had trouble, we kept giving them another chance -no more!

Managers was attentive to our request when we brought a concern about the facility. Young employees could have been more attentive but gave a five-star because of the manager made the difference.

Now that everything has gone up, they really take pride in ripping you off. Went for a medium dipped cone, and it was almost $5. When I got it, there were 2 tablespoons of ice cream on the cone. They need to make it necessary for these kids to make an ice cream cone during the interview process. DQ has signature cones. Every time I visit this place, it gets worse. Total rip off! I'll just go across the street to Andy's from now on.

I could barely eat my food if made me sick to my stomach. My chicken was cold and gross 🤮 fries were cold and the bread was so tiny it wasn't even a whole peice. Looked like some one ripped the bread apart and it was just thrown in the box and the sauce was just on top of my food like why couldn't they just put the sauce separately from the food? My blizzard was melting I took like one bite of each thing and couldn't eat anymore it made me sick it was all just really gross I won't b going back to that one.
