This place has been amazing to me and my family for years. Everyone i was a kid my mom and dad would take me here. My mom and i found a love for the stuffed peppers and my dad would always sneakily get the jerky stick and there are absolutely no complaints. If I had a request no matter how big or small they are always willing to fill the request. Recently I got a dog and they have treats there that my dog loves. Now I’m an adult with a puppy and because this place has something for everyone. My puppy gets all excited when we enter the parking lot of this butcher shop. Truly a one of a kind place. They blow every other butcher shop out the water. So please for my sake visit this place. I’m moving to New Mexico soon for school. But you can 100% guarantee I will be moving back to Missouri just so I can continue to shop there. So I’m asking you St. Peter’s people. Shop here so I can ensure they will continue to be here till the day I die.

Ordered an Italian meat and cheese tray and it was excellent! Also skewers with meat/cheese/tomato. We wanted Capicola, and they had it just right. Our son was in town and was so impressed. Ordering for parties and holidays is easy with Valenti's.

The owner needs to be aware. I went in to Valenti’s to order an Italian Beef Sub for my husband. I had two of my small children in tow. I was waiting in line at the deli counter behind another customer who was waiting for their order that a young man was preparing, while a woman with reddish brown hair checked out two other customers. The woman comes up to the counter and yells across “WHAT DO YOU WANT—THE DELI IS CLOSED—THE DELI CLOSES AT 4” not even knowing what I was there for and mind you it was 3:35-3:40 at the latest. This unfortunately isn’t the first time I’ve heard of this particular employee being rude to regular patrons. I find it sad because my family and I love Valenti’s, but will not be going back anytime soon.

We hired Valent's to catered our holiday lunch/dinner for work, for 3 shifts. Karlyn and her team were wonderful. We made a great decision! She made sure we had everything we needed. Food was awesome, there was plenty. Of the 150 + people who ate, there was not one complaint,(and there is always that one who does). Everyone asked who was the caterer. Very impressed. Great Service, Great Food! I cannot give Karlyn enough praise on the job she did. Highly recommend! 5 stars for sure.

As usual, Valenti's had plenty of wings and ribs that I wanted to pick up for Superbowl Sunday. I'm ready to go now. I have shopped at Valenti's for many years and they always have great quality meats, bakery goods, spices and much more.
