If I could give a 0 I would. On 10/25 I went to this Ross which I go to here and there and was just looking around for anything that catches my eye. I was being followed in the store by some man ( I'm going to assume he was AP/LP) . Everytime I looked up here is this man acting like he is on the phone but watching my every move. When I went to try on clothes the fitting room was very dirty. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned, dusted, or anything for a very long time. A very frustrating and disappointing experience however I did still spend money there.

Went in and stood in line for extended time trying to buy a couple of items, the line was long, one check out, was on lunch, had to ditch my items and head back to work. Went back on the following Saturday and was so happy to find the same 2 items but ended up leaving again for the same reason, 1 cashier and a 30 minute line. Heard the cashier be admonished for calling across the store asking for help. She shouldn't have had to ask. Any decent store manager knows customer time is precious. Absolutely zero sense of the fact that people were virtually walking out.

They have some decent stuff but recently noticed a lack of certain things that the St. Peters store gets like mens cologne. Unfortinately, if you do find something, be prepared to wait in line for ages.

store is fine as far as Ross goes but dear Lord...standing in line for 15 minutes while you check a person out because you're just taking your time...a bit on the annoying side .
numerous people got fed up and walked out of line and left.
I bet the cashier is still on that same customer haha

11am -4 young women loaded up and ran out the store to a waiting car, one possibly armed with a handgun. Clerks are not allowed to have a phone, so my wife called 911 and gave it to her. Female manager yelled at the clerk and told her to hang up and not call the police. Wife called corporate and was told their policy is not to intervene and NOT to call police. Way to protect the community and other businesses, especially with 2 customers getting pictures of vehicle. Need free stuff, this is the company to go to with no repercussions. The most frustrating is that a weapon was most likely involved and the cowardly manager and woke company did nothing to prevent it from happening again in our, or any, community. Absolutely infuriating and shameful, especially the way the manager treated the young clerk who was the only one with any integrity.
