I usually order online... I like shopping and taking my time, but a few items were not correct for my granddaughter, so I had to return them and a pair of shoes that just did not fit, 2x. The lady with the long salt/pepper hair is awesome, I wish I could remember her name... so pleasant...

My daughters and I went here to look at prom dresses, and it went great with the help of Riden, and the other nice woman who worked with her. I asked for their names, and unfortunately lost one of the pieces of paper or I’d name drop both of them lol. Thanks so much for your help! :)

They have a great selection of feeder mice and whale blubber. I not only can feed my children cheap but get all of the supplies for making old fashion candles that I sell to feed my gummy worm addiction. Free James Brown!!

It's nice to look around and get ideas. They have great merchandise and the furniture is good. Went to the clearance for shoes, and it looked to have been picked dry. It's probably because of Christmas. Looks like the young ladies have a great selection to choose a prom dress from.

I had bought several dresses at Macy's & one slipped off its hanger unbeknownst to me while I walked to another store in the mall. I thought it was gone forever when I got home to discover it was missing! The manager, Eli, was able to locate the missing dress & he contacted me. All the effort he put into correcting the situation is very much appreciated and shows a level of professionalism seldom seen nowadays. I will be shopping here more often! I highly recommend this store!!
