He assisted me very promptly, solved my problem I was having with one of my programs. Checked out my computer and fixed what needed to be fixed. I'm very pleased with the company. I'll call them again if I have any issues. Thank you for your support!

Loved getting a "no, sorry" and immediately hung up on while making an inquiry. In the middle of a sentence. Tells me everything I need to know. Edit; upped my rating after response from company. I can understand the misunderstanding and appreciate them reaching out.

edit: I will keep my 5 star review I had previously. I did have a great experience here prior. It is a shame though that the woman this morning was so rude on the phone and wouldn't let me finish my sentence without hanging up.. Had she left me finish, I was going to let her know that I was still planning on brining my PC in to use their services. Potential customers/repeat customers are at least worth 30 seconds of your time.
