I will never be purchasing or installing a television from Best Buy again! Best Buy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the simple problem I had could have been solved if I was able to call the store directly. However, I keep getting sent to a call center that is no help at all. The TV remounting I had scheduled on Saturday to be completed today by a Best buy team member in store has been constantly rescheduled this week to Friday by the outsourced customer service. The original mounting for the TV was completed last week by a 3rd party company installing Inc. The techs from Install Inc were completely unprofessional and mounted the television too high and off center from the fireplace. The tech also did not use the swivel mount, that bestbuy made me purchase for the install for liability reasons, and used the old mount from my old TV. I have requested that a Geek Squad tech be scheduled to remount the TV but they keep wanting to send a 3rd party installer. I am almost ready to return everything!

I had 2 great advisors assisting me with Samsung phones. I got useful information for my future purchase. However I will not be able to make a direct request to the store for an appt with one of them. Not a good procedure. If there's an incentive plan, the original advisor will not get it and it's not a fair plan.

Needed another key component to finish a computer build. Checked website before going. It was in stock as promised. Great young lady working the front door pointed me in the right direction. In & out fast. Good price for item.

I purchased a defective laserjet printer, also purchased Geek Squad protection. I spoke with them and they set up an appointment for me in the St. Peters Missouri store on Black Friday. I was expecting the worst when Geek Squad told me I had to take it over to customer service and the line was about a mile long. I expected a minimum of 2 hours. The staff at Best Buy was phenomenal at getting customers through. We were in and out with a replacement printer in under 45 minutes. The young man, Ryan who waited on is did an exceptional job and got us taken care of immediately! Kudos to Best Buy and to Ryan for an excellent experience!

Went to purchase some Sony or Bose Headphones for my daughter on Christmas Eve. The assistant manager was close by, so I was able to snag him for a quick question or 3, he answered my questions easily with no hesitation and didn't make me like I was inconveniencing him.
