Thank you to Zach, store manager, and Collin, print department! This store is the best and it is directly related to the management and his team. When I had wedding event printing, this store was willing to help and very patient as I made decisions. I will never forget how much they helped me. That was a year ago. Fast forward a year and they are still my favorite store. I had a rush print job for a shower booklet I made the morning of a shower. Zach and Collin were the best! They committed to a quick turnaround and gave me a perfect book in record time. I showed up with a gift card from Starbucks for whomever did the printing. Zach immediately said to hand it to Collin. While it wasn’t a huge gift, Collin was very appreciative. Zach was eager to give all the credit to his employee even though I know he helped on the entire project. My hope is that Office Depot gives recognition to this great store manager. Please consider giving them your business and make sure you tell them you read about them here.

Amy, the general manager, knows what customer service means! She helped me dig myself out of a hole of my own making, helping me real time and keeping me from burning a lot of gas! I did not ask for her to fix my problem. She offered almost as soon as we recognized I had sent my print job to the wrong location. I highly recommend her store and will take all my business her way! If I could give her 10 stars I would!!!

I am very pleased and impressed with Corey working in the print department. He was very helpful when I had questions and even called me to give me an update on my order. Great customer service and I will definitely remember it next time I need to print something.

Usually a decent store but myself and 2 other customers were waiting until I actually called the store and got a hold of someone to come ring us all out. She apologized and was polite about it. I’ve had this problem before, so I only gave it 3 stars. The worker at the printing station kind of ignored us when she could have used her headset to buzz in another worker. Just my solution there. Also the prices are too high on a lot of items I could get elsewhere. But the store is organized well and the workers are pretty polite. I have hope they might be run better in the future though. Maybe there were other things going on behind the scenes that day.

Chuck provided exceptional customer service. The store was clean, organized, and quiet. I like to visit this location for things.
