My first experience with Alltru was in 2020 when I purchased a new vehicle; their loan rate was awesome. In addition, they have a program called, skip a loan payment when you are in a financial crush; and it's added to the end of your loan. Their staff members are always friendly, courteous and professional. Alltru is a full-service institution that can handle every aspect of your financial life; from checking and savings accounts, mortgages and more. They are community focused; I recently participated in a recycling event they sponsored. You cannot go wrong with Alltru Credit Union; I love doing business with them. You should try Alltru, you will love their products, services and staff!
Very good company to work with. While they don’t have many branch locations, the downtown St Louis office is fantastic. Very friendly team. Their application is easy to navigate and makes online banking a breeze.
My first experience here was a great one. Everyone I encountered was nice and extremely helpful. Since I joined the credit union I've been treated just as nice and professionally every time! I can't say that about other banking institutions I have dealt with in the past.
Don't bother with this Credit Union. I've banked with many different credit unions and most of them are about giving to the community and helping there members. I had not had them very long and it had been a horrible day when I asked why my courtesy pay wasn't going through for the one night we needed somewhere to stay out of the cold, it was because my account was put -30 in the hole from them because of a ACH transfer they didn't even put through and it was a mistake. When i call I offered to pay their unreasonable fees they said they didn't know if i brought it to good standing if it would work. So my family and I get to stay out in the cold in this unfamiliar town and place to freeze. Needless to say the account is getting closed immediately. They are the most 2 faced credit union i've ever dealt with.
I love this credit union I have not one time has any issues any weird mistakes, or anything like that like I have in the past with other banking institutions. Personal and business decided to do more business With this bank, they definitely will take care of you Your personal& business needs
