I just opened an account with Sheri, she was absolutely wonderful, super welcoming and patient with me. On the other hand her manager, Savoy is completely unprofessional and rude, not only to other customers, and myself but to a new employee, in-front of customers! It is completely unprofessional and I did not expect this coming from a manager. I did not appreciate her synod comments either.

I'm stuck with this bank due to an outstanding auto loan but do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else. Improper explanation of contract when signing up for my account lead to multiple fees being incurred unexpectedly. I called the corporate number, fumbled around with their automated system for 30 minutes before speaking with Vanessa, a representative that spoke over me as I explained my situation. They refunded 2/3 of the fees "as a courtesy" but it honestly wasn't worth getting berated by the representative. Never had a member of customer service laugh in my face as I explained a delicate situation.

I went to deposit a check and the teller said I could cash it. Cashed the check then made a deposit. The next day the teller called me and left me a voicemail saying they have to reverse the check and I would have to come in a fill out paperwork? Then they removed the funds from my account. I called and the office is supposedly closed till Monday. What a horrible bank. Response to owner: I shouldn’t have to make 2 different trips to deposit a check. Your employee should’ve known this from when I initially deposited the check and there wouldn’t have been an issue.

When I walked in to the Wentzville branch , I asked for someone that could help me with HELOC info , the young lady asked if I wanted info or an application, she then handed me a pamphlet, and another lady said to check out website if you have any other questions. Dumbfounded, by the lack of care or concern, I left the empty bank ( because I was the Only (potential) customer in the bank. Dodged a bullet , took the afternoon off to sit down with a banker and give them my money, but I couldn’t get it done here. What a joke. Back to Bank of America 🙁

Is Fist Community the new DMV? I have been multiple times at both locations to set up my business account, and to do general transactions and I don’t owe money,in-fact I deposit a great amount of money and I still get the dead eyed greeting with no warmth whatsoever, it’s like they get a bonus for each frown and blank stare you receive! Customer service is none existent and it’s obvious everyone hates their job!
