If you are needing to do your floors Michael’s Flooring Outlet is the place you should buy from. They are great. Very professional from the start. We didn’t have any issues with the quality and the pricing. They gave us the best price, quality and service. Everything was done with no problems. Installation was done when you wanted and was done in a timely fashion. The installers were great. They came in and did a very professional job with the installation and cleaned up everyday there were at my house. I recommend Michael’s and their installers (Patrick and Jason) very highly. They were all the best we could have asked for.

The installation of carpet for the basement family room and bedroom was handled with such skill and commitment. The installers were very polite and totally professional. They were in and out in record time. I would definately recommend Michael's Flooring Outlet to friends and family!

I received a couple bids. However, I chose Michael's because of Brian! He brought some samples with him when he measured, told me what they can do! Explain the carpet material and pad to me! Best customer service I have had in a long time! Cannot wait to see what it looks like once it's installed! Thank you!

Michael's flooring has a great selection. I was helped in a timely manner and given a lot if suggestions. I appreciated how I was given a lot if information on the different types of flooring. It helped me a lot to make a decision. I will definitely be going back to them and highly recommend this flooring store.

Just had solid wood floor installed and we are very pleased. Our salesman was Brian, scheduler Amy and installer was Dan. Everyone involved was professional, knowledgeable and kept us informed all along the way. We highly recommend Michael’s for anyone interested in hardwood flooring.
