This place is amazing. Megan has been cutting my hair for 15-16 yrs now, and has never not once let me down very friendly place very good quality and clean I recommend this place to any and everybody that has not yet tried out LOX. You're going to love it! P.s. Megan can put almost any design you want

I went here about 2 yrs ago until last yr. The first visit was awesome. The second was fine. But the 4 times after that....the service by the stylist really went to hell. She got my hair color wrong twice. Everytime I would ask for at least a 1 to 2 inch cut- trim, after color . And each time she never trimmed it. Finally, after the last color was horrible, no trim . The last time I also wanted a cut with color. Never got the cut...the color was not what I picked. I am a above and beyond tipper. At least $ 30 even for a cut and style..more with color. Deemed like each visit instead of being better, it got worse. Finally after all these visits with displeasure each time I went, I quit going.. the staff was great. Nice etc. But this stylist (Bri) service got worse each time. . Yet I still tipped her well. Very nice but just never liste ef! I would love to go again. I'm not a picky finicky type person. I appreciate all the service given by professionals. But when you walk out feeling like after spending anywhere from 90---150 and tip....and just surprised at each time the service got worse. I do not see Bri in the team. Maybe I will go back. Because the place was clean, everyone friendly. Great atmosphere. . Don't mean to be rude but spending that amount of money and tip I would expect more than I got!

Every one was super nice and they worked me and my son in for a haircut even though we didn’t have appointments and everyone had bookings till closing. The haircut was great, the wife liked it and my son’s hair came out really nice. He has super thick hair and a crazy cowlick in the back that is hard to trim without it looking like bed head.

1st time visit, got my hair cut and colored by Jordan. She did an amazing job. She has such a great personality. I loved going. I will be going back again.

I went in 2 weeks after a bad haircut at another barber shop. I go in for my appointment with Daniel ,( im definitely not spelling her name right) and she did her magic! The next work week i was getting so much more attention from all the women in my office. My confidence has boosted up and i will continue to go here for my haircuts!
