Buying a bed from Ashley furniture was the worst experience. My mom Bought 2 king size beds frames and they delivered California kings. Tried to get ahold of someone to fix the problem but have been past around to several different people. It’s been 3 weeks and still don’t have the problem resolved. At this point it seems like Ashley furniture don’t care and value about good paying customers. I wonder if Ron and Todd Wanek would be ok with this type of representation of Ashley furniture. My next step is to reach out to corporate in Wisconsin. Until then this is what I’m left with

Go see Chris, she was great! Let us take our time browsing for a bedroom set and mattress. She knew it was a big purchase and did not pressure us at all, but provided great info and support. We ended up going to a few other places and the decided to come back to Ashley and complete the sale with Chris. She walked us through the whole purchase and got us delivery in about a week- week & a half, delivered today. Delivery was updated & timely, and all furniture looks great, we’re very happy with the purchase & service.

We came in with a specific set in mind. We were able to find what we were looking for almost immediately. Danielle did a great job helping us along the way. Furniture was in stock at warehouse and we picked up our set in a matter of days! Thankful to have a new look and feel to our living room.

Great experience. Our Salesman Chris was very helpful while giving us plenty of room to breathe and explore. Got a fantastic value on multiple pieces that checked all the boxes. Will definitely be back to Ashley soon!

My wife and I had a great experience here. The sales people on the floor were not overbearing and very helpful when we needed it. We worked with James Booth and he did a fantastic job. Very friendly and conversational. He is very knowledgeable and really took time to run through everything as we made our purchase. He made sure we were all set up before we left the store. I felt like we were taken care of and really appreciated his customer service. I have a really good impression on Ashley Furniture because of him and I plan to go to Ashley Furniture in O’Fallon in the future.
