If I could put less than one star, I would. Went to this location for end tables very specifically BLACK end tables. Saw a prism shaped one in brown that my husband and I liked and asked if they sold them in Solid black in which he confidently said Yes! The salesman apologized to us numerous times while we were shopping bc he was new and I thought him nice and friendly so it was not an issue to me. When I got home from picking the items up I was immediately confused opening them because it was a wooded brown and black. At first thinking no biggie it must be a mistake, but then I go online and they in fact do not come in solid black. I contact customer service and they tell me they will not refund and that my only option is to keep them or take a store credit. Never mind that I’ve looked through all other end tables to no avail and the employee blatantly lied (maybe not intentionally but still lied nonetheless). In addition to that, all of this is being handled through text messages. They don’t even let you speak to an agent or manager. For how much I’ve spent with Bobs, I’d think that customer service would be valued more. I could see if I just didn’t “like” them or even if I ordered the wrong color but to be told one thing and then to be stuck with it is just really not sitting right with me.

We picked up our new Queen size mattress yesterday. We have to wait 48 hours to sleep on it. But it has a terrible smell. We will inform Bob's furniture by Friday if that smell is still there. I pray this mattress is comfortable. MS Jackie was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Miss Jackie.

Rick is always awesome! We have purchased several items through him and the experience has always been great! I would recommend Bobs to my friends and relatives and I would definitely have them choose Rick for their salesman!

TL;DR: they will woo you upfront, but beware of the service if something goes wrong during a warranty period.
I had a great experience with my initial order, and delivery. The salesman (Rick) was easy to work with and I was able to nearly furnish my entire house with furniture that we liked at Bobs.
Fast forward 10 months and my mattress has begun to sag. I don’t believe this is a reflection of Bobs quality but rather an anomaly. When I reported this I received prompt service and a credit to purchase a new mattress within 30 days.
Where this went sideways is the amount of credit received. I received the original cost + taxes. Sure, this may be standard practice but I paid for delivery in my original order and still don’t have the means to pick the new mattress up. This means that due to a defective mattress (which is under warranty), to obtain a replacement I’m going to have to spend around $180-200 for Bobs to deliver my new mattress that failed within the first year. I would understand this if I didn’t originally pay for delivery, but I did, and this is not a nominal amount of money we’re talking for delivery. I expect much better service regardless of the amount a customer spends, but especially when my initial order was about $15k. This practice likely results in many families not receiving a replacement during their warranty period, and remaining unsatisfied with Bobs.

We had a wonderful experience. Jackie was wonderful and very knowledgeable. She helped us pick the best options we needed for our new house. We went in only looking for a few things but ended up buying everything we needed in one stop. Thank you very much
