If you want glass or shower doors look no further than Floyd. I'm sure there are other good glass companies but price wise and quality of material fit and finish I'd never go anywhere else but Floyd Glass.

Beware if you are trying to do anything slightly custom. They'll tell you verbally they can do it but leave it off your initial quote. Then after they show up to get final measurements they'll tell you what you wanted is impossible and make you feel like you have to compromise but they'll convince it will look fine. If you're still not happy after installation then they'll be rude to you, claim it's your fault for not asking more questions up front, and blame you for not knowing everything about glass. Then they'll tell you that you signed their quote and already paid so too bad and good luck taking them to court. They are not interested in satisfied customers - just in grabbing your money. Installation on anything outside the norm won't be great either. Lots of their pictures look fine from afar but they won't be prepared to install anything slightly unusual and you'll start noticing issues the moment you start using it or cleaning it. We should have noticed their website and quotes/invoices only had disclaimers to protect them and no where was there any satisfaction guarantee or warranty. Don't make the mistake we did and fall for the nice talk before the sale.

It was very easy dealing with everyone when ordering the shower door. Installation was as scheduled and the crew arrived on time. I will definitely be using Floyd glass next time.

I rarely if ever post reviews good or bad but I feel so strongly about the great work Floyd Glass & Window have done for me that I must give a positive one now. They easily replaced two large atrium windows without having to replace or paint any if the existing trim, amazing! In a separate home they installed a shower door in a basement bathroom. They were up to the challenge of installing it on the uneven concrete floor the shower was on. This was not an easy task but they were able to make it work very well due to their knowledge and professionalism. I found all the members of their team I met in my three encounters with them to be very friendly and professional. I would without a doubt hire them again for my glass and window needs.

I recently had Floyd Glass replace four custom shaped windows in our home and to start with the price was fair and reasonable. l felt that the staff that came to take the somewhat unusual measurements clearly knew what they were doing and that gave me confidence that l was dealing with a good company. I’m a rather particular person that’s likes quality products and neat work and there installation staff did a very nice job. l strongly recommend them.
