First time coming here and I'm very pleased with the experience. Great tasting treats and drinks. Definitely have lots to choose from. Definitely recommend for those who are looking for a sugar high lol. All their ice cream is made from scratch. Overall this a great stop for new visitors in the area

Super cute little ice cream shop in downtown St Charles area. Service was pretty slow…not really sure why because there were 4 girls working but no one was speedy. Ice cream and desserts were fabulous!

We love Sugarbot Creamery 🥰 Mint Cookie is the best, but all the flavors are awesome… and made right here! We love our fav server- the one with green/blue/other hair and bangs whose name escapes us- but the newbie, Sarah, is okay too. 😋 P.S. They have the best bathrooms on Main Street

Amazing waffle sundae! I chatted with the owner and he said they make all of the ice cream on site. Taste is amazing and the best I've had in a long time. DJ made my waffle in front of me while I waited and a cheerful young gal made my soda from scratch. I'll be back for seconds and thirds.

Had a great time exploring and experiencing the great ice cream flavors & waffles. Sarah was very knowledgeable of all things creamy; kudos to whoever made the chocolate mousse cake.
