Three stars for their service, which has been outstanding. They let me know when they will come out for start and stop of the system and call the day before to remind me of the appointment. Tech was great. My issue is that I received an invoice for some extra work that was done during the start-up visit. Had two heads replaced, the "rubber kit" (some gaskets, O-rings) replaced, and two stopcocks replaced. $80 for the labor, which I knew going in, so no problem. When I got the invoice, they charged me three to five times more for the parts than I could get them for on Amazon ($105 for a rubber kit?!!). I guess that's on me for not clarifying everything up front. I think I'll be looking for another company, next spring.

I have used a couple irrigation companies. The one that installed my system. Really did a poor job. I tried a second and they were okay but depended on the project whether they would come out. These guys help me understand the challenges with my install and what may need to be done in the future. I find them very responsive and they don't cut corners.

They are by far the best irrigation company I’ve ever worked with in the St. Charles area. They are the fourth company I’ve tried and I will never work with anyone else. I highly recommend them for installation and regular service.

It took a month of calling once a week to even get scheduled for an appointment. Even then, it was only because I threatened to leave a poor review that I even finally got the scheduling call. Now, on the day I was scheduled, I waited around for nearly half an hour. No call, no show. I have received the message loud and clear that this company does not want my business.

So road rage is already a big deal on the road these days, but to have a professional driver of your company almost wreck my work vehicle at approximately 7:55am this a.m. doesn't sit well with me and very unprofessional I might add especially with him already towing some kind of generator behind it is not ok to be weaving and cutting off traffic. Very unpleasant experience today
