I really love this store. In the past 3 months we bought my engagement ring and then had it customized for me. Had my Fiancés wedding band ring also customized for him. Arlene Morrow, the assistant manager, has gone above and beyond for me and Harold. Kimberly, the jeweler who did the costume work for us did an excellent job, in a timely manner and for a fair price. I will defiantly be using these ladies and this store again for my jewelry needs.

In general, it was not a good experience. The sales rep who helped me was friendly and very helpful. The watch that I was sold, did not work. I attempted to make adjustments to the watch while still in the store and it did not work. The team members in the store were busy with other customers, as it was two days before Christmas, and no one offered to help me with the watch. I'm glad I checked it before I left the store. When I asked for the manager, she had a very condescending approach to the issue and made it seem as if I was the problem and not the watch. She said three times, I don't understand what you're telling me as I described the issues with the watch. On the third time, I said I'm sure you understand I want a refund. At that point she wanted to ask my name. Too late.

Tessa is very informative and patient with her customers. All employees are present and eager to help you find exactly what you are looking for thanks for all the hard work. I truly love my chain and my mother loves her earrings. 💕
