I called Luebbert Landscaping to get an estimate on a landscaping install for the front of my house in Lake St. Louis. Jason followed up quickly from there and I met him at my house and we reviewed the project. He offered a lot of really good suggestions, including lowering the soil line and different plant species based on what I was looking for in my project. He then got an estimate to me relatively quickly via email and after some changes to the plants to include, we finalized a contract. Install was literally the next day. Job was very thorough and they even left behind some drip lines for some new trees in the landscaping. Was very happy with Luebbert Landscaping overall. Jason was terrific and a nice guy, they did great work and the cost met expectations given the quality of the install. Definitely a company I would do business with again in the future.

We called Luebberts to have them come out for an estimate. It took them 6 weeks to call us back and set up a time to look at our landscaping. The gentleman seemed very nice and knowledgeable, he had lots of good ideas. We were told that they would email us some pictures and an estimate. That was last October and we have heard nothing. We have tried emailing and calling. We have left numerous messages and they have yet to return our call. They came highly recommended, but thus far we are unimpressed. It seems very unprofessional to not even return our call. I can understand busy, but they could have at least contacted us to give us a time frame. Unfortunately, we are moving on to someone else.

My wife and I hired this company Lubbert to do our driveway and walkway. I have sent email, text messages and called and left messages. Jason response was playing the blame game trying to fault the concrete company stating that maybe it was bad cement. I believe in given a company the opportunity to address and fix the promblem.Jason has failed to do that. I had no choice but to contact my attorney to file a lawsuit against this company and owners. I strongly suggest finding another company and stay away from Luebbert. This is what I paid over $12000.00 for in June of this year and this is why I am suing this company. Please see the pictures for yourself. Concrete as cracking, pitting, lifting up and he seal my driveway and walkway 7-10 days after installing. Update: Jason Luebbert states that he needed 90 days to give the concrete time to cure and he will come back out and correct the issues. I have texted, called and emailed Jason Luebbert to schedule a time to come back out to no avail. Jason Luebbert now claimg that I am harassing him. I paid this company $12,000 and I am harassing him, because he wont do what a honest trustworthy company would do and that's stand by there work. This is a company that you have been warn about not to do any business with. Jason Luebbert does not take pride in his work nor do he stand by his work. Jason Luebbert does not understand this issues with his work he has done at my home, I will not let go away. Consumers we have to put company like Jason Luebbert on blast so that he can't do other customers like this.

Great service, and prices! Can't recommend then enough. They don't cut corners, just so they can pocket more money from you. They just take pride, and do top quality work. Will be having my lawn cut, and maintained each and every year. It has NEVER looked so healthy!
