I have two kids going to this office for two different needs. Both are doing so well and are happy with the results. I have recommended others who have loved their services as well. This is the most timely medical office I’ve ever visited. Everyone is kind, helpful, and great at their jobs. They’re very good at dealing with insurance, which makes the whole process run smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about this team and you will not be disappointed!!!
The employees are so welcoming and passionate about their work. The environment is very relaxing and makes you feel excited to be there. My experience at Bankhead Orthodontics has taught me so much about taking care of my teeth. I used to always hate going to the dentist but Bankhead has been so kind and everyone should go there!
I took my 8 year old in for a braces consultation. Everyone was so nice and informative. More importantly, my son was comfortable during the process. We will definitely be back!
The staff at Bankhead Orthodontic Specialists Wentzville are SO friendly and nice! I’ve seen Nicole, Ashley and Dr Oldroyd, and was very impressed with how welcoming and pleasant they are. All the staff smile at you, including the front desk staff. I highly recommend this orthodontic practice for their expertise and care!
I didn’t get my braces until later in life and I have this vision of what I want my smile to look like, and every time I have a concern or questions the assistants are always willing to help. Dr Oldroyd listens and does what he can so I can have that “perfect” smile. I’ve had my braces on for a year now and I don’t have one negative thing to say about this office. The receptionists are so nice, they remember your name. Dr. Courtney is AMAZING! I love that shes detail oriented and listens to what you have to say. Her personality is awesome and while you’re talking to her you feel like shes been a friend for a while. I would highly recommend this office!!!
