The guy that comes to the house and sprays manages to be very professional, yet quite friendly too. A perfect balance! Also, the customer service with Buckingham has been so kind and friendly. I've never been put on hold and my issues have been taken care of immediately. The issues were a financial glitch, nothing at all to do with any service or employee. This is a top notch company. I have recommended them to friends and family.

Buckingham Pest is the best! They are so professional, courteous and thorough! They take the time to call and let you know they are on the way, if anything needs attention or if it rains within a certain amount of time upon completion they will come back. They take great care of you! Would recommend them to anyone!

Buckingham Pest Control is absolutely wonderful! They are attentive, punctual, friendly and provide amazing service. Although we are moving and won’t use them for our primary residence anymore, we will continue to use them from out of state for our rental property because they are just that good. Lauren, who works in the office, is a top tier employee. Her level of customer service exceeds expectations! She goes above and beyond to help her customers. She has personally spent so much time with me to help me an answer my questions. If you ever open an office in Florida, please send Lauren to work there! :)

Eran was great to work with! He was very kind and informative, answering all of our questions with knowledge and guidance. (Plus he was great with our dog, which was so nice!) We’ve used Buckingham for almost 20 years and will continue to recommend when asked—always great service!

Love our new attic insulation installed by Blake and Jeff!! The furnace runs so much less and the utility bill is down significantly! Pest treated is an added benefit, and the other services received were equally as high quality. Super pleased with the service and excellent attention to thorough explanation. Thanks to Orlando for the info on visit 1. Definitely referring Buckingham and highly recommend. 👍👍
