I used Roto-rooter for a massive plumbing problem with my toilet in my master bathroom. The customer service representative on the phone call was incredibly kind and respectful. In addition, it only took 30 minutes to get someone to the house to fix the problem. The gentleman was very kind, respectful, professional and understanding. He fixed the problem very quickly and cleaned up and left. For the job that needed to be done, the price was very reasonable.

I recently had a clogged pipe in my home and called upon a plumber to resolve the issue. I was extremely impressed with the prompt and professional service provided by the plumber. Had an issue with build up in sewer lateral. The Roto-Rooter tech was super knowledgeable and got the clog cleared up quickly and prevented backup. He also made some great suggestions on regular maintenance that I plan to do ongoing. Great experience in an otherwise “crappy” situation.

My tech was very courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. He invested my problem throughly before he resolved my plumbing issues. He also took the time to clean his workstation once the job was completed as well as took time to educate me on how to keep the issue from arising again .

Great service. The two techs sent out were knowledgeable and quick. Handled a clogged toilet for me in less than 30 mins with a 7 day guarantee to come back if any issues arise again. Also reasonably priced. Overall great service from the technicians and company. Will definitely recommend and utilize these guys again. 😊
