So, im a little late on writing this review…lol. We have never owned any sort of camper, travel trailer, fifth wheel or motorhome….and we quickly became in need of one of these options to live in on a daily basis. We sold our home and weren’t really ready to build a new home. We decided to live a little on the edge. Ha! We ended up at Bill Thomas Camper to search for our new, temporary/permanent home. We were greeted by Anthony, our salesman and well, let’s just say he has been the absolute best salesman we have ever had (and I seriously mean that)!!! He helped us pick a RV that was going to work the best for our needs. Anthony was awesome at working out our negotiations with the sales manager to get us to a comfortable price. He was also able to go through all the perfect accessories to guide us in completing our purchase. The best add ons we chose were extra solar panels and the Furrion back up camera…definite favorites! We ultimately decided to purchase the 2024 Grand Design Reflection 150 series BN270 in November of 2023…GREAT DECISION 💗. We came to Bill’s to pick up our camper and have a VIP experience there to learn everything about our new purchase. We received a thorough overview of our new Fifth Wheel with Greg, who was hilarious and super knowledgeable about all campers. We were greeted by Bill Thomas that day to congratulate us on our fine choice and future adventures. It’s not everyday you get welcomed and thanked by the owner of the company. It was truly special to us and made us feel confident we made the right choice. We have had some very meaningful and some hysterical conversations with Bill since purchasing our Fifth Wheel because he’s at the dealership a lot. We then met Ronald and he got us through all our financial questions and warranty information and he was so super helpful and nice to explain everything that we needed to know to select the right choices for us. Well after a few hours, Greg taught us so much and we hooked it up to to the truck and took it for a test drive and my husband did great towing it. But then we ended up not closing on our house when we were supposed to and we did nothing with our Fifth Wheel for a few months… So time had lapsed and we were pretty much RV ignorant and literally had no idea what we were doing. We had to contact Anthony every other day to ask questions. He was so great and patient with us…answering his phone every time we called or texted (even after seeing our phone number pop up on his phone 😂). Anthony was the perfect salesman and has gone above and beyond any of our expectations!! We just took our RV on its first trip and had to call Anthony when we parked to ask more “we don’t know what the heck we’re doing questions”…lol. He answered the phone on a Sunday night late and walked us through everything we needed help with. We were so relieved and it was honestly with all Anthony’s super awesome attitude and customer caring that got us through all of it. We had an awesome time on our trip and can’t wait to take our Fifth Wheel on its next adventure. We are so pleased with our decision of buying our Grand Design—WE LOVE IT!!!! The ease of use of everything, the outdoor kitchen was amazing to cook on as well as the cooktop inside the unit. The fridge was the perfect size for us and the kitchen is set up perfect! Emptying the tanks is literally no big deal and hooking up and towing it was a breeze. We owe the ease and comfort of operating our Grand Design Reflection to Anthony and the entire team at Bill’s. They have been amazing and would buy another RV there again in a heartbeat! We visit Bill’s every Saturday morning and it’s so great to see the entire staff and share a good laugh with them…our new and forever family! We could not be happier choosing to buy our RV from Bill Thomas Camper—we are so grateful for all of their help, service and friendship 😊

We recently purchased a 2024 Grand Design 5th wheel from Bill Thomas Campers. Top notch Dealership from start to finish. VIP treatment the whole way. Anthony our salesman was not pushy and spent extra time with us. Delivery of our new camper was an awesome experience! Greg and Ronald did a great job We bought from Bill Thomas in 2019 and that was a great experience! That’s why we returned to this dealership! Give them a try!

The 3 stars are for the experience we had when purchasing TWO campers combined with the service department's repairs. The Sales Department was great. The service department is terrible! If I could give separate reviews, they would geta zero! I will try to consolidate and give the highlights. They had our RV for a total of 69 days last summer/fall. There was zero communication unless we reached out. They would tell us a date to expect things to be finished, that date would come and go and we would hear nothing. This happened repeatedly. The biggest issue is we had an unknown leak in our outdoor kitchen. Our door-side slide had to be removed and completely rebuilt. We also had a small leak in our bedroom slide. After they "fixed" it, both leaks were so much worse! We took it back and they supposedly fixed the bedroom again...and tried to charge us. It continued to leak and we actually had to start sleeping with slide in. My husband eventually found the problem and repaired it himself. It had not been caulked correctly so water would pour in every time it rained. The off-door slide started having issues when trying to put it out. This is the one that they charged thousands of dollars to fix. Now we are almost 1,000 miles from the dealership and it's broken. We will have to try and get a remote tech to repair it. They also put staple and screw holes everywhere when doing the rebuild. Our fireplace was no longer attached and it was full of screws when we got it back. I could go on and on, but these are the main issues. All I can say is customer service ended when they got our money. During thr process, I emailed the company and the GM called. He ensured me that he would follow up and I never heard from him again.

Purchasing our camper through Bill Thomas Camper Sales was a top notch experience. Anthony was very professional and guided my wife and I through the whole experience. Ronald in finance was very detailed and really took the time to explain everything. Greg was very thorough and patience during our walk through. Greg had that ability to know when I wasn’t quite sure on a process or function of our new camper. The parts team even took the time out to confirm if a slide topper would work on a particular slide. We are very happy with our purchase and happy to be a customer. Thank you, Todd

We recently purchased a new Brinkley Model G from Tyler at Bill Thomas. Tyler was quick to respond to our questions and worked with his manager to get the right deal for us. I was very excited that we were able to buy this camper locally and while they weren't the cheapest BT was very close to other dealers across the Midwest. I also had a great experience with the BT Parts team - including Kayla. I wanted to swap hitches on the camper and they were very helpful in determining the right part for my setup. On our pickup day everything went very smoothly. The unit we very clean and operational for PDI. Kevin did a great job showing us the myriad of systems on the coach and while he didn't know it all he was able to cover down on the majority. Ronald was very helpful in the F&I office and wasn't pushy at all with additional products. Finally, getting an in person handshake and thank you from THE Bill Thomas really meant a lot. He certainly didn't have to meet us at the door to personally thank us but he did. It was touching that I was able to tell Bill that my grandfather (recently passed) purchased several campers from BT years ago and now I was doing the same. The interaction was just icing on a great transaction and the final confirmation that we made the correct decision in purchasing from Bill Thomas Camper Sales!
