It was my first time eating at this restaurant, and I HIGHLY recommend it. 👌 I ordered the shrimp, caesar salad, and cauliflower 😋. I'm from Texas, and it was the best shrimp I've ever had.

We had 9 people for Thanksgiving. So we understand it is a holiday. The place is nice. We had to wait over 30 minutes past our reservation. Understandable under the circumstances. They were out of some sides and rather than ask they free substitute the side. That was a bit odd for such a place. The potatoes were room temperature when they came out and the vegetables were very hard. Still had an acceptable time. Wife and I go to the other Bristol on Olive a couple times a year.

Bri was great, and we had an excellent meal. Definitely get the filet medium rare. It was wonderful. Carrot cake is unbeatable.

Best seafood in St. Charles. The chilled seafood plater came with 6 oysters 2 crab legs, lobster cocktail and 4 jumbo shrimp. Pretty good.

Visited Bristol's in O'Fallon on a recent trip to the St. Louis, MO area. Nice restaurant, good service, food generally above par, prices way above market for comparable restaurant fare. The cocktails were good, and we shared a nice rose wine from France. The lobster bisque was delicious, nice chunks of lobster included. The strawberry-pistachio salad was good, but overly covered with dressing. The crab cakes were good, mostly crab, little filler. The Alaskan Halibut was over-cooked and dry, only saved by the sauces on the table. A very disappointing dish, especially for the price. Bristol's has a long history in the St. Louis seafood restaurant scene, but for the money, there are many other places with better food at better prices.
