Excellent service!! The receptionist was very warm and was very pleasant to talk with. The PA was excellent,very caring, took the time to visit with me and ask the right questions. She knew exactly what was wrong and prescribed the proper medications. The PA was very informative. I couldn’t have had a better experience!!

Used to go here all the time when total access owned it, it was great. It's only gone down hill since Mercy took over. I work during the day and my wife works overnights, if something comes up I need to get in between me getting off work and my wife going into work because we share a car. This place never has any appointments available anymore. I cannot get in when I need too anymore. I used to be able to walk in, be seen almost immediately and they would send my prescription to walgreens, now you can't walk in and get an appointment in a reasonable time and they don't send in the prescription anymore, they just write it. Since they have appointments booked out the wazoo, I couldn't get in there in time today before my wife works and I need a strep test, not sure what to do if I have strep and can't even get in to be seen. They want you to make an appointment, but that's the reason I started using urgent care in the first place, you didn't need an appointment. I'm not making an appointment to get into urgent care. I'd just find another primary doctor if that was the case. The system in place here is an absolute joke and it seems to be ever since mercy took over. I don't think they're going to keep up support with the way it's going, I don't think I'll be coming back here. You might as well find a doctor because that's all this place is anymore but with a more expensive co-pay.

I had a bad reaction to an antibiotic and of course it happened on Labor Day. The on line scheduling worked effortlessly. When we arrived, no wait. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the building and the staff was courteous and efficient. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Great job! Would not hesitate to schedule again. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Everyone kept checking on me, everyone was concerned with me feeling better. The staff was attentive and didn't let me leave until I felt okay. If I get sick again, I will definitely be back, I didn't have a long wait. It's more than a job to the staff, I felt genuinely care for and I thank you.

Nurse PRACTITIONER Laura Horn was the person I saw for treatment she was courteous quick and very thorough.She is a great asset to your team . I made appointment online and they kept it right on time .The rest of the desk personnel , medical assistant and desk personnel were all friendly and helpful as well.
