I don’t think my visit could have been any better. My Husband and I decided last minute around 6pm that I needed to go to TAUC. This location has 0 patients waiting on the online check in so this is the location we chose. Walked in and was immediately greeted and started my process. The receptionist was absolutely amazing! Incredibly kind, patient, sweet and informative and so, so, so willing to help. Was brought back immediately after filling out a piece of paper and was seen instantly by some nurses who were so kind, caring, energetic and sweet. Very personable and kept me in good spirits. Once nurses were done and we were waiting on my tests multiple different nurses kept coming in to check on me and update me on how many tests I had left, how much time was on those and that my provider would be in shortly. The provider was just as caring, gentle, information and so willing to help just like everyone else was in that place. I left incredibly happy, I was listened too, I was taken seriously and I didn’t wait longer than 15 to talk to anyone. We left 20 minutes before 8pm so, my visit was only an hour and a half wait and I even got my prescription filled in house so no need to mess with any pharmacies.

I was out of town and had to see a doctor. We found this center through our insurance site and read the reviews online to help us pick which center to see. I appreciated that I could get in line for an appointment at the center so by the time I was ready and arrived I could be seen very quickly. The office staff and doctor were all friendly and seemed interested in helping me. I love that they have a pharmacy on site so I didn't have to make any other trips before returning home. I was very relieved to determine what was going on with me. The staff and doctor answered all my questions and provided written instructions.

The staff were great. Friendly, professional, thorough, and had me in and out in less than a hour. I love that you can have your prescription filled there too. Paid $60 for 2 antibiotics that would have been free at the pharmacy, but the convenience of being able to go straight home and immediately start taking medicine was definitely worth the cost considering how bad I felt.

My last visit to Total Access Urgent Care was just as expected, awesome. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors assistant treated me with such compassion. Even the call back was super. I can’t complain about anything TAUC related. Thank you all for your compassion and patience to me.

My care team, my NP, Erin and my paramedic, Emmet, were INCREDIBLE! They immediately sprang into action and got me feeling much, much better. Best urgent care ever. My husband and I always get great care here. ♥️
