Avoid this urgent care! They bill incorrectly for services rendered there. I went for an urgent care visit & they billed an er visit. Two totally different places of services. It will cost you differently. I have gone there in the past & never had these problems before.

Went to urgent care for a cut on my hand and was told that I would probably need multiple fingers amputated and was then sent to the ER. When I told the ER what the nurse at urgent care said they proceeded to laugh and fixed my hand in 10 minutes. Worst possible service imaginable. Never go here.

My mother was seen by Cecelia Pratt. This was her 2nd time back to this urgent care (couldn’t get into her primary) for what we think is a spider bite. The 1st time she was seen she was given an antibiotic, but didn’t get confirmation on what this red, inflamed spot was on her face. The bite (we assume) got worse and started turning brown in the center so she went back. Cecelia not only didn’t believe my mother when she told her it wasn’t a cold soar, she condescendingly asked her “if she was a medical professional” and proceeded with a test which came back negative! Shocker! Then, asked her if she was “just there to get more antibiotics”. My mother left insulted, had no explanation to what was on her face and no medical advice on how to help. This nurse practitioner should not be in this industry. IMO find another urgent care to spend your hard earned money.

Today I made an appointment at SSM Urgent Care and it was awesome! The staff was all delightful and the Dr was terrific. Only waited a couple of minutes to go the payment desk then immediately was taken to an exam room. After preliminary exam waited maybe 5 minutes at most for doctor. She was delightful. Very caring and listened and just great to talk to! I commented on the small wait and nurse Tracey told me there was a new process just installed which is working great! I think she had a lot to do with it and I was so impressed with the small wait times and efficient process! I will definitely use this urgent care again!
