Concentra provided fast, professional service. I needed a DoT physical exam for work. Concentra is one of only a few places offer that service. I did my “paperwork” from my smart phone, using the provided link. The tech staff and nursing staff had excellent manners while performing the preliminary assessments. . The doctor was thorough. I was completely done in under 45 minutes. I honestly couldn't ask for better service.

I was happy to get in the next day for a work physical! The internet was wonky, so I used their iPad instead of my phone. The doctor came after just a few minutes of me waiting, but then I had to wait quite some time for the paperwork, which I learned they were faxing to my job, so the wait time was unnecessary. Total time from start to finish was almost 2.5 hours.

I scheduled an appointment for a pre-placement physical and they got me in the same day. I got stuck in some traffic so I called to let them know and they were so very nice about it. I made it only 5 min late. I was checked in, and completed the online link they sent me via text, and then I was taken back in 5 min. The nurse practitioner was personable and efficient. I was out in 20 min. Thanks! I'll be referring all of my employees to concentra Saint Charles.

I needed a DOT physical and had to schedule a couple of weeks ahead. On the day of my appointment the Very friendly front desk staff greeted me warmly, led me through their intake process, and got me back to the exam room quickly. Then It took about 15 minutes before the doctor came to see me for his part of the exam.

The staff seem inexperienced and clueless. I was there with a possible broken foot and while the girl was helping me put a boot on my foot-that was way too big- she put her hand on my foot to leverage her weight so she could get off the ground. The xray tech labeled my foot incorrectly. The staff all watched me hobble around, never offered a wheelchair or anything. The doctor (he was a visiting one; not their normal one) gave me muscle cream to rub on the top of my foot-there's no muscle there. I did get to see their regular doctor at my second visit and she seemed a bit more knowledgeable. The woman at the front desk is also very kind and patient.
