Armando helped me with my purchase of a new washer. He was absolutely fantastic. This was a big purchase for our family, and normally one would like some time to price shop and research models, features, etc., but we were in a pinch and needed one fast. Even though it was a quick, Armando took his time to help make the purchase effortless. I was able to get one right off the showroom floor and he helped me load it into our vehicle. Armando, thank you so much for all your help.

We purchased an Double Wall Oven. Armando was excellent in giving us options that can fit within the existing opening while minimizing additional installation work. The installation, by Dave Onkle, was trouble free. Highly recommend Appliance Discounters for range of products and hands-on assistance in making appropriate choice.

I shopped the local ‘big hardware’ stores and Appliance Discounters had the best price for what we were looking for. Unlike the big hardware stores, they actually had it in stock. Good job, I’ll be back.

This store is a rip off . We bought a refrigerator 6 months ago and it is not working. We had to finance and still for it. They referred us the manufacturer company which LG. Our refrigerator has out for 20 days. LG has been giving us the run around. If I could give them something less than one star I would. This is not over yet though . I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau

We've purchased from Appliance Discounters more than once. Most recently, we worked with them for all of our appliances with a new construction. Our contractor sent us to two other places, where both reps told us they hated the business and were getting out. Their attitude put a damper on the process. So we went back to what we knew. DONNA is terrific!!! She enjoys what she does and it shows!! They beat the other places prices and took the time to understand what I wanted and needed. We even had a hiccup with an appliance, due to our cabinet dealer's oversight, who refused to make it right. It was not Appliance Discounters responsibility, but Donna worked with us and made it right. Fantastic customer service!! This lady knows how to treat customers so they'll have a great experience and come back. Kudos to you Donna!! We'll always shop with you first and refer friends!
