I got my car back in April 8, 2023 with the help of Mark! He was delightful to work with- super helpful the ENTIRE process of me buying a vehicle then changing my mind. Ended up with my CT5! Recently, I needed service done on it and he explained everything well! Accommodating and really just so helpful! Made that process a breeze! Thank you again!

I got my offer online and the next day went to CarMax with my vehicle. In just moments I was waited on, filled out some paperwork, and gave them my keys so they could test drive the car. It wasn't very long and I was told to call my wife and let her know to come pick me up. I was amazed at their quick service and was very impressed with the professionalism with which I was treated. It was a quick and pleasant experience. The next vehicle I buy or sell will be through CarMax.

3 stars not because of the local staff but just the whole process and length of time it takes to get the vehicle. when you call the "local" number you won't get a local person but a call center in Texas, Chicago etc etc. they pretty much refuse to get you to someone locally. even once the car arrives at the facility it still takes days to set up a pickup. this is not a stress free fast and easy way to buy. if they have the car you need great otherwise look elsewhere.

Love my new car! Stephon was cool and explained everything. It was better than I could have imagined. It didn’t take all day. I wasn’t stressed. Very enjoyable experience.
