Lorenzo Catapang is a very knowledgeable therapist he knew many different exercises and stretches for my low back. He kept a core group of stretches and exercises every session but also changed from lay down to standing. I left Athletico feeling better and stronger. Athletico physical therapy is a great place to rehab, it's easy to setup appointments, and the people are very friendly and the therapists are professional creating a excellent place to rehab.

After injuring my elbow my doctor set me up for therapy at a place of my choice. After reading reviews I picked Athletico North in O Fallon MO. Staff was easy to work with on setting appointments and I was scheduled with Lorenzo Catapang. Lorenzo worked with me for over an hour for each session. He was able to get my range of motion back and my strength is back to nearly 100%. Reminders were sent via text and email and Beth is great on rescheduling on short notice. I was sent home with information that I am able to use during my at home rehab. Thank you Athletico.

I go to Lorenzo for all of my back and hip problems. He has helped me tremendously. He pushes me and is a great motivator.. especially on days I don’t want to do it. I recommend him to all of my friends. He is just great! If they had 100 stars, that’s what I would give! THANK YOU LORENZO!

My physical therapist, Paige has been great to work with as I recover from a knee injury. When she had some days off, I worked with Lorenzo. He was great too! My home exercise program is on the Athletico app. It has videos of each exercise and timers to let you know how long you are supposed to hold a stretch. It also tells you the number of reps to do for those types of exercises. It is so easy to follow and it motivates you to do your exercises each day. I highly recommend Athletico and all the staff at this location. Everyone has been very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I didn’t know where to go for physical therapy and was checking to see what my insurance covered. I am so glad I found Athletico.

My therapist Paige was great. She was really engaged and worked with me even when I wasn’t in the building by checking up on me. She really helped me strengthen my shoulder back to 100%. All in all great experience and a great physical therapist.
