I put $2,000 down on a 2014 Chevy sonic and was leased that vehicle for $414 a month for 30 months even though I was told it was only two years. On the way home I had to put gas in the car because the car was on empty, the car was not washed before I drove it off a lot even though we were there three hours after closing and check engine light came on as soon as I left the lot and gas was put into the car a few days later when I went to go fill out more paperwork that we forgot to fill out while I was there, but the key that I was given for the vehicle if that’s what you wanna call it at least it does start the car, but the fob had all the buttons ripped out of it and it was promised a key a month and a half ago when I purchased the vehicle and still have yet to receive one. Since it’s a lease, they are required to provide plates for the vehicle, however, since the check engine light is on, it will not pass an inspection to get set plate so now I’m running around on expired temp tags. The car cuts out while I drive and it is a hazard and liability to be on the road but yet they (diamond leasing) still want my money. The car has received a new alternator new spark plugs, new ignition coils and a head gasket valve which had a leak in it and apparently a new catalytic converter was replaced a week before I purchase or leased the vehicle. Whenever I try to contact anybody I’m always told I will call you back or I don’t get any response at all. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Missouri so I’m waiting to hear back about that. I truly believe that this car had the check engine light Cleared and then they hoped that somebody would buy the car. That way any liability would be off of them. I would recommend anybody trying to purchase a vehicle stay away from five star auto Plaza because the cars that they have on their lots or anything, but five star quality. I will add on a positive note Mary with fantastic to work with and their service department did Uber me to and from their shop when I dropped the vehicle off when they serviced it on February 22 say it was very appreciative of that. If you also had a negative experience don’t forget to go to the attorney general for the state of Missouri. The last thing they want is an investigation into their business. They illegally leased me a vehicle with an expired inspection and don’t wanna answer any form of communication now that my temp tags are expired and they know this car won’t pass an inspection.

I was skeptical going here but it was actually an enjoyable experience. Yeah I was there for almost the entire day but I did not feel pressured into getting something I didn’t want. They went above and beyond imo. Thanks again for the optima, I absolutely love the car!!

Ken did an amazing job. He listened to what I needed and he made sure I was happy. He was honest, informational, and friendly. He made me laugh and we got something to because it was after lunch. I really appreciate him and will refer him to others give this gentleman a raise he represented your company very well
